Privacy Policy
NOVA is infrastructure monitoring software from TDS. Each organisation runs its own NOVA installation on its own server. This policy covers this website and the NOVA mobile app. It does not cover what your organisation's own NOVA server does with the network and device data it monitors.
Scope
NOVA is not a single hosted service. Each organisation runs its own NOVA on its own server, reachable at its own web address. The NOVA app is a native shell around that installation: you enter your site or portal address, sign in with the account your organisation gave you, and the app loads your own dashboard.
Anything that happens inside your organisation's NOVA server is operated and controlled by your organisation, not by us.
This website
This site is a set of static pages. It has no sign-up, no contact form, no cookies and no analytics or advertising trackers. If you email us, we use your message only to reply.
Fonts on this site are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser requests them from Google's servers, which can see your IP address as part of that request. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs for security and reliability.
What the app collects
- Site address. The web address you enter on the connect screen is saved on your device so you don't have to type it again.
- Nothing else, by us. The app contains no analytics, advertising identifiers, or crash-reporting or tracking libraries. We don't run any server that receives data from the app.
Data from your NOVA site
Once connected, the app loads your organisation's own NOVA dashboard directly from your organisation's server, the same way a web browser would. Login credentials, network information, device lists and alarms are handled entirely by that server under your organisation's own practices.

Storage and security
The site address stays on your device in the operating system's standard app storage (UserDefaults on iOS, SharedPreferences on Android). It's removed when you delete the app and is never synced to any account or cloud service of ours.
Third-party services
The app has no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking services and shows no ads. The only connection it makes on your behalf is to the site address you provide.
Children's privacy
NOVA is a professional tool for network and facilities teams. It isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.
